How coverage actually works, county by county

The footprint is the metroplex, organized the way DFW actually lives. Dallas and Tarrant counties are the core: Dallas and Fort Worth themselves plus the inner-ring cities from Garland and Mesquite to Arlington and North Richland Hills, where most of our daily routing runs. Collin and Denton counties carry the northern growth arc, home to Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Denton, Lewisville, and the fast-building towns behind them (Celina to Prosper to Little Elm), where new construction and first-hail-cycle roofs dominate the work. The ring counties complete the map: Rockwall and Kaufman to the east (Rockwall, Forney, Terrell), Ellis and Johnson to the south (Waxahachie, Midlothian, Burleson, Cleburne), Parker and Wise to the west (Weatherford, Aledo, Decatur, the 114 corridor), and the Hunt, Grayson, and Hood edges (Greenville, Van Alstyne, Granbury) where the metroplex fades into North Texas proper.

What “we serve your city” means in practice

Every city on this page gets the same service catalog (replacement, repair, storm restoration, inspections, and the commercial line) under the same discipline: written findings, itemized scopes, permits pulled where that specific city requires them, and the same two-layer warranty. Crews dispatch across the footprint daily, so distance from our office doesn’t change response expectations for scheduled work; for emergencies, we triage by severity, not by suburb. And because every DFW municipality runs its own building department, its own permit rules, and its own inspection sequence, part of what “local” means here is knowing those differences city by city, which is exactly why each city’s page on this site names its permit authority.

Just outside the lines?

The 150-city list covers the metroplex’s named municipalities, but North Texas doesn’t stop at city-limit signs. Unincorporated county pockets, new developments that haven’t made anyone’s list yet, and the farm roads between towns all have roofs too. If your address is near anything on this page, call: the honest answer is usually yes, and when a job is genuinely outside our range we’ll say so instead of serving it badly.

The permit patchwork, briefly

One practical reason city pages matter: DFW has no unified permitting. Some cities require permits and inspections for every re-roof, some only for structural work, and fee schedules, documentation, and inspection timing differ meaningfully between neighbors: Plano’s process is not Frisco’s, and neither is Fort Worth’s. We pull permits where they’re required, schedule the inspections into the job, and keep the records in your closeout file. It’s invisible work when it’s done right, and a code-enforcement headache for the homeowner when a contractor skips it. That’s one more line-item worth checking on any bid you compare.

Can’t find your town on the grid above? Call anyway: new developments and unincorporated pockets outpace every list, and the honest answer is usually yes.

THE HONEST VERSION

The honest version of what we cover.

The city list above is where our crews work regularly and where we can commit to normal scheduling. If your town isn't listed, that usually means it's small enough to roll into a neighboring city's coverage, not that we won't come. Call with the address and we'll be straight about scheduling.

Response expectations scale with distance from our crews' regular routes: the anchor metros see the fastest scheduling, and the far edges of the metroplex may add a day or two for non-emergency work. Emergencies get triaged on severity, not geography.

How the payment side works.

Most DFW replacements are insurance-funded storm claims: the carrier covers the loss and your out-of-pocket is typically the deductible plus chosen upgrades.

  • Written, itemized estimates before any work begins
  • Deductible payment plan: full amount, spread over a schedule
  • No deductible waivers, ever: Texas law prohibits them

Payment plan terms agreed in writing. Texas Insurance Code Chapter 707 prohibits waiving, absorbing, or rebating deductibles. The plan changes timing, never the amount. Payment options →
