What we promise every customer, in writing, before the review

Reviews describe what already happened; these are the standards we commit to before the work starts, on paper. A free inspection with written, photographed findings, including “your roof is fine” when that’s the finding. An itemized scope with materials named by manufacturer and grade, so any bid can be compared line by line. Permits pulled where your city requires them, inspections scheduled as part of the job. Texas insurance law followed to the letter: we never waive or absorb deductibles (Tex. Ins. Code ch. 707), and we’re not public adjusters. A clean site and magnetic nail sweep at the end. And the two-layer warranty package: manufacturer coverage registered at closeout plus our written 5-year workmanship warranty, transferable if you sell.

How we handle it when something goes wrong

Roofing is real-world work: weather moves, materials backorder, and occasionally a detail needs a second visit. The measure of a contractor isn’t a spotless record; it’s what happens next. Our warranty process is simple: call, describe it, and we schedule the look. No re-litigating, no disappearing. A workmanship issue inside the warranty window gets fixed on our dime, documented like everything else. Ask any contractor you’re vetting to put that same sentence in writing; the ones who won’t are telling you something.

As our Google Business Profile and Facebook presence grow, they’re the places to verify us. Reviews there are attributable and platform-moderated. While you’re reading any DFW roofer’s reviews (including ours), read like a skeptic: a burst of five-star reviews dated within the same storm month is a pattern worth noticing; reviews that mention the crew, the timeline, and the cleanup carry more signal than star counts; and how a company answers its critical reviews tells you more than its average. We’re building our record in public, and we’re comfortable being read that way.

If we’ve done work for you

An honest review (whatever it says) is genuinely useful to us and to the next homeowner doing what you’re doing right now. A few sentences about what the crew did, how communication went, and whether we left the site the way we promised beats a star rating alone. And if anything about your job deserves a conversation before it deserves a review, call us first: that’s what the warranty is for.

The proof that exists before the reviews do

A young company’s honest answer to “prove it” is paper, so here’s ours, available on any job: current insurance certificates on request. Written scopes that name every material. Compare them line by line against any bid. Permit records in the cities that require them, verifiable with the building department. Both warranty documents before you sign, not after. And the inspection findings themselves: photographed, dated, delivered whether or not you hire us. None of that substitutes for a five-year review history, and we won’t pretend it does; it’s what integrity looks like while the history is being built, and every document is the kind that’s checkable rather than takeable-on-faith.

The reviews we’re actually trying to earn

Star averages are table stakes; the reviews worth building a company on say specific things. That the crew showed when scheduled and the site was cleaner at the end than the start. That the quote matched the invoice, and the one change order came with photos and a conversation before the work. That the adjuster meeting happened with our inspector on the roof. That the “your roof is fine” verdict was delivered without a pivot to selling something else. That a warranty call in year two got scheduled, not dodged. Read our record on those axes as it grows, and hold us to them if we do your roof, because that’s the standard we’re claiming in writing before you’ve paid us anything.

Our review promise, both directions

Two commitments, stated in advance. We will never buy, seed, or launder reviews: no incentive programs that filter unhappy customers away from public platforms, no review-gating software, no friends-and-family padding. The record grows at the honest speed of the work. And we will answer every review, including the hard ones, with specifics rather than corporate apology templates, because how a company responds to criticism in public is the most honest documentation of how it handles problems in private. While the record grows

If you’re vetting us today, before the review history can do it for you, use the checkable route: ask for the insurance certificates, read a sample scope, call your city’s building department about our permits, and read our contractor-vetting guide, then apply every test in it to us. We wrote the filter knowing we’d have to pass it. That’s rather the point.

The bottom line

Reviews are lagging indicators; standards are leading ones. Ours are on this page, in writing, testable on your job before a single star exists. As the public record fills in on Google and Facebook, weigh it exactly as skeptically as we’ve suggested you weigh everyone’s.
