SMS Consent

Effective date: July 2026. This page describes the terms of SMS (text message) communications from Mastercraft Roofing.

What you’re consenting to

By providing your mobile number and opting in (through our website form, over the phone, or in writing), you consent to receive text messages from us about your roofing project and inquiry: appointment scheduling and reminders, inspection findings and follow-ups, estimate and project updates, and service communications. Message frequency varies with your project’s activity.

What it costs

We don’t charge for text messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of further texts. After opting out you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (469) 405-7870. Opting out of SMS does not affect your project, your warranty, or our other communications with you; we’ll simply use phone and email instead.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent are used only for the communications described above. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Our full Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information generally.

Supported carriers and delivery

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please let us know so we can update your project file.
